A lot of couples get stuck in the same emotional cycles where trust feels shaky, vulnerability feels risky, and intimacy just seems out of reach. Maybe you’re dealing with arguments that escalate out of nowhere, or you feel like you’re not really being heard or understood by your partner. Over time, resentment builds, and you’re stuck in patterns of blame, defensiveness, or avoiding each other. One or both of you might feel emotionally distant, whether because of past hurts, fear of being overwhelmed, or just not knowing how to move forward. It’s common to feel isolated in the relationship, caught in negative cycles and unsure how to reconnect.
My approach is all about digging into these deeper emotional patterns and shifting things from the inside out. We’ll take a process-based, depth-oriented approach to uncover the root causes of what’s going on, so you can start to break free from those old cycles. We’ll explore how past wounds might be affecting your connection now, and work on rebuilding trust, communication, and intimacy. Whether it’s healing attachment wounds, learning to better understand each other’s needs, or making space for vulnerability, my goal is to help you create a relationship that feels secure, nourishing, and aligned with what both of you need.
